I just have to say this was probably one of the most effective blurbs I have go over on the subject so far. I don't understand where you get all your data but keep it coming! I'm gunna send some people over here to check this out. Fantastic, simply amazing. I'm have just started getting into crafting articles myself, nothing compared to your writing skills (ha!) but I'd love for you to take my articles sometime! bowfelx series 7 treadmill

The BP-60 has no data on the number of inserts that it will install. However, it is a reliable tool that will stand up to production siturations. You can place tens of thousands of insert before servicing the oil a seals. Seal kits are under $100.00 US. Mandrels obviously ware out and get deformed, but they are only $40.00 or so dollars US to replace every so often.
BP-60 is a great value in that respect.

Maven i want to ask you some question about the whacky world of rivetnut tools since i am in this
indl for more than 2 decade i still cannot come to terms with the fact that no matter you find the best
product = you will not find the right customer who can pay for it. most of tools maker some of other furnish the price on the net all the customer know the price so supplier like me cannot make any difference in any form or shape , we have only inform the customer that this will suit you this one will not . i have customer who buys M8x1.5 ISO rivetnut steel for 50 USD/1000 nos from fareast , he bought about 100 000 nos it means he paid 5000 USD for the rivetnut he bought spin in and pull riveting tool for 1200 USD per tool . the tool has been down ( 2 tools he bought) the tool is tested and worked well ,but for the production purpose - as distributor you cannot expect me there @ the customer plant for check the tool day in day out but what has happen is that the tool to rivet ratio per stroke is assuming it will the tool will place .5 million rivetnut with some marginal cost of servicing put about 10-20% max so it might come to 1200+400 = 1600 USD cost per 1000 to finish will be of 3.2 USD which is less than 10% of his rivetnut cost. how ever the customer cannot understand one point inthis whole business of number crunching is that his operational cost is less that of his raw material cost . also from the supplier point view i have seen no supplier has proved yet that his tool which can place this = x amount of rivetnuts in costing method. if you have any information that your blue tool can do best job for the customer please send me excel sheet first and ideal and non ideal situation also to be noted down.- write to me

i am associating with ornit in india, these input will be very much useful to suppliment some of
Bus body builders who could take this as useful tip for application of this special rivet
besides in india the rivet can be one of generic term they use for any type so any special application
of these will be welcoming one. it reminds me almost 10 years back i did i riveting work for rain gutter with a closed end rivet. and the orbolt for integral bus in india.
